letter m press

I pitched in to fund this awesome iPad app on Kickstarter and it’s finally ready to go. Letter M Press is a letterpress application that allows the user to virtually set type, make ready and print. Prints can be saved and multiple passes made, and the final artwork can be emailed and cached. It’s simple, lovely and a labor of love. Take a tour of the application on their website. The app is available on the iTunes site. I plan to download my copy today and play around with it. So excited to see the vibrant world of letterpress brought to the digital world, and with such a lovely interface. Here is a little bit of info on the excellent design team. I’ll let you know what I think once I get to play with it.

Have you noticed? It’s July.
